This Arabica Papua New Guinea coffee is known for its deep aroma, smooth body, nutty and luscious characteristics. It has medium body, low bitterness and makes a delightfully equalized cup with superb flavor.The coffees of Papua New Guinea, as much as 85%, come from small, native farmers and are grown at very high altitudes ranging between 4,200-6,000 ft above sea level. The high altitude is a direct contributor to the high quality beans produced in this country. The majority of the coffees in this country are organic, due to the cost of fertilizers and pesticides; however, only a small share of these coffee plantations are in fact certified organic. This coffee is famous and welcomed all over the world for its excellent bitterness, marvelous flavor and astonishing body in one single cup.
